Özince Çifti Villa Konsept Tasarımı ,modern Rustik Tarzda Bölmeli Planlı : Yapılmış Olan Villanın tüm tekniksel ve ergonomik kompleksinin yeniden tasarlanmıştır .Ana Villa konseptinde Güçlülük vurgusu ile Geçmişin İhyasından Geleceğin İnşaasına Tasarımsal ve Fonksiyonellik temasında tasarımsal köprüler ile Konseptsel Bütünlük Sağşanmıştır.Tasarlanmış olan bu plan , Villanın yeniden inşaasına ruhani ve güçlü bir konsept ile yaklaşıyor olması Villa içerinde tüm mekansal ve gelişimleri tanımlarken , bireysel alanlara da konfor ve fonksiyonellik vurgusu yapması hedeflenmektedir.

Ozince Couple Villa Concept Design with Modern Rustic Style Zone Plan: All the technical and ergonomic complexes of the Villan have been redesigned. With the emphasis of strength in the concept of Ana Villa, Conceptual Integrity has been provided with design bridges in terms of Design and Functionality in terms of Design and Functionality. To approach the reconstruction with a spiritual and powerful concept While defining all the spatial and development in the villa, and to emphasize comfort and functionality in individual spaces.
